Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager – Home Loans / Mortgage Loan. This is a indivudual Sourcing role with huge incentive
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Proactively source new home loan / Mortgage Loan high value customers through direct sales, professional networks, Builder Network and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with real estate agents, builders, developers,
and financial advisors.
- Organize and participate in local sales campaigns, open houses, and housing expos.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from any University
- Experience: 3 years and above of experience in retail banking, mortgage sales, or financial services (prior experience in home loans/residential mortgages preferred).
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
