We are looking for a Sales Representative to visit hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes in Delhi-NCR and promote RVSH Consultancy’s medical staffing services, including doctor, RMO, SR, anesthetist, and nursing manpower placement.
Responsibilities:
- Visit hospitals and meet administrators, HR, purchase teams, and doctors.
- Identify staffing requirements and generate new business leads.
- Share proposals, quotations, and service details.
- Follow up with clients and coordinate with the internal team for closures.
- Maintain daily visit and lead reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate; healthcare/pharma sales experience preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of hospital staffing or medical terminology is an advantage.
- Willing to travel across Delhi-NCR.
