Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor to join our team and produce high-quality, engaging video content for our construction learning platform. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills and the ability to manage the complete video production process, from raw footage to final delivery.

The candidate will work on educational videos related to construction, civil engineering, building techniques, and industry knowledge, as well as digital marketing and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end video editing, from organizing raw footage to final video delivery.
- Edit long-form educational videos for YouTube and online learning platforms.
- Create engaging short-form content, reels, and promotional videos for social media.
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, animations, and text overlays.
- Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, and sound synchronization.
- Ensure videos are visually appealing, informative, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to understand project requirements.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Organize video assets and maintain a structured editing workflow.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends, formats, and techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- 4–10 years of professional video editing experience.
- Solid proficiency in Power Point, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Experience editing educational, corporate, digital marketing, or social media videos.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual composition.
- Ability to manage the complete editing workflow independently.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous editing projects is required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating educational or technical content.
- Familiarity with YouTube content production and social media formats.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies, production houses, or e-learning companies.
- Interest in construction, civil engineering, architecture, or infrastructure content is an advantage.
