Job Description – HR Executive (Fresher) Position: HR Executive / HR Trainee Experience: Fresher Qualification: BMS / BBA / MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) or any relevant graduate with an interest in Human Resources Job Location: Bhivpuri, Maharashtra Working Days: Monday to Friday and 1st & 3rd Saturdays Job Responsibilities Assist in recruitment and end-to-end hiring activities. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews with candidates and the management team. Handle candidate follow-ups and interview scheduling. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist with joining formalities and onboarding. Support daily HR operations and administrative activities. Coordinate with candidates and employees through calls, emails and messages. Eligibility Criteria Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with a BMS, BBA, MBA (HR), PGDM (HR) or any relevant graduate degree can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication. Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes. Positive attitude, good coordination skills and a responsible approach to work.
