Job Summary

CKare Health Group is seeking a responsible, dedicated, and patient-focused Dental Assistant for its C Dent clinic at Kumaraswamy. The candidate will assist dentists in delivering quality dental care, maintain clinical hygiene, ensure proper sterilization of instruments, and support the smooth functioning of daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist dentists during dental examinations, treatments, and minor surgical procedures.
- Prepare dental chairs, instruments, materials, and treatment rooms before each procedure.
- Perform sterilization and disinfection of dental instruments according to established protocols.
- Maintain strict infection prevention and control practices.
- Prepare patients for treatment and provide assistance during and after procedures as directed by the dentist.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of dental chairs, equipment, and clinical areas.
- Monitor dental materials and consumables and report stock shortages to the clinic coordinator.
- Assist with patient records, treatment documentation, and appointment coordination when required.
- Follow biomedical waste management procedures and applicable clinical safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with dentists, front office staff,



and clinic management to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Follow CKare Health Group's standard operating procedures and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma or certificate in Dental Assisting or Dental Surgery Assistance preferred.
- Freshers with relevant training and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment.
