Job Description:
TOTCI Technologies is looking for a Business Analyst / QA Analyst to analyze business requirements, document user stories, and perform manual testing of web applications while coordinating with the Dubai HQ team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and document user stories.
- Create and execute test cases for web applications.
- Perform manual and end-to-end workflow testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs.
- Coordinate with developers to verify fixes.
- Maintain testing documentation and provide daily progress updates.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E/BCA/B.Sc. IT or a related qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis or QA.
- Knowledge of test cases, defect tracking, and basic SQL.
- Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, or Excel.
- Positive English communication skills.
- CRM/ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Work Schedule:
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
- Weekly off: Sunday
