- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements and preferences.
- Explain product designs, gold purity, diamond quality, weight, pricing, and making charges.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their budget and occasion.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and organized.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Explain offers, promotions, exchange policies, and payment options.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams for smooth sales transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Ensure the protected handling and proper display of jewellery items.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
