Job Summary

We are looking for candidates with positive communication skills to join our International Voice Process team. The candidate will handle calls from international customers, resolve their queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or accounts.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and update details in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification:



HSC / Graduate (as per company requirements).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Communication: Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
- Willing to work from the office.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are required.
