The candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make follow-up calls to customers regarding vehicle sales and service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Remind customers about vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales and service departments to resolve customer concerns.
