We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Agentic AI Consultant with strong expertise in implementing Oracle Fusion Agent Builder, delivered Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities, and Agentic AI solutions within Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and operationalize AI-powered support solutions that enhance Oracle Fusion AMS delivery through intelligent automation, autonomous workflows, and AI-driven support assistants.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and operationalize Oracle Fusion Agentic AI solutions to improve AMS support delivery.
- Enable intelligent AI agents that automate, optimize, and accelerate Oracle Fusion support processes.
- Build autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents tailored for Oracle Fusion environments.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based AI agents leveraging Fusion configurations, transaction data, SOPs, knowledge repositories, and incident history.
- Develop AI-powered support assistants for functional users and AMS teams to efficiently query Fusion issues, root causes, and resolutions.
- Configure and deploy Oracle Fusion Agent Builder solutions across Finance, SCM, HCM, and other Fusion modules.
- Integrate Oracle-delivered Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise business processes.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define AI use cases and implementation roadmaps.
- Design AI-driven workflow orchestration solutions to streamline support operations and improve user experience.
- Monitor, optimize, and continuously enhance AI agent performance, accuracy, and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Agent Builder.
- Experience implementing Oracle-delivered Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions across Oracle Fusion modules.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, autonomous agents, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG-based AI solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications and AMS support processes.
- Familiarity with Python, APIs, AI frameworks, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with Oracle Fusion data, configurations, and business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Finance, SCM, HCM, or cross-functional Fusion environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI services.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance within enterprise environments.
- Understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and conversational AI solutions.
- Experience working in global AMS or managed services environments.
