We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and customer-centric Customer Executive to join our growing international team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with customers across their lifecycle while also supporting sales and lead-generation initiatives.

This position is a blend of Customer Success, Relationship Management, and Sales Enablement, where you will act as our trusted partner to customers—from onboarding to long-term engagement and conversion.

Location: Remote

Contract: Minimum 12 Months

Joining: Immediate

Experience: 2+ Years

₹ Compensation: Starting from ₹25,000 per month.

Reward: attractive incentives payout on completion of 12 months contract

Risk: you will be liable to pay a contract breakage penalty equivalent to the compensation for the balance contract period from the minimum 12 months committed.

Shift: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (9 AM - 5 PM CST)

Key Requirements:

Customer Success & Support

* Onboard new customers and introduce them to products, services, and portal features

* Understand customer needs, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure high satisfaction

* Act as a customer buddy, building robust and long-term relationships

* Guide customers through portal and product workflows for smooth adoption

* Communicate product features, service updates, and benefits clearly

* Be a continuous partner throughout the entire customer lifecycle





* Manage customer communication via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, and social platforms

* Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups using strong calendaring skills

Sales & Lead Generation

* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer usage and needs

* Qualify inbound leads and assist in converting prospects into customers

* Follow up with warm leads, trial users, and dormant prospects to drive conversions

* Support sales campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives

* Maintain CRM records, lead status, and sales pipeline tracking

* Conduct product demos and introductory calls for prospects

* Collect customer feedback, testimonials, and success stories

* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and close deals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Basic Accounting knowledge

* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

* Understanding of Social Media Management

* Hands-on experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams

* Excellent organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills

* Sales-oriented and customer-centric mindset

Note: Must be available to work in the US (CST) time zone

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
