We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Purchase with around 2-5 years(freshers do not apply) experience in interior fit-out and civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, price negotiation, material tracking, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Procurement & Vendor Management

· Handle procurement of interior, civil and MEP materials.

.Cost Negotiation, Purchase planning, Quotation Analysis, Rate Comparisons

Required Skills

· Good knowledge of interior fit-out and construction materials mandatory.

· Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.

· Knowledge of BOQ,



rate analysis and purchase documentation.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to handle multiple requirements and deadlines.

Technical Skills

· MS Excel – Mandatory

· Tally /Procurement software knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
