We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical & Automation Design Engineer to design, document, and support the manufacturing of low and medium-voltage electrical panels. In this role, you will lead panel design projects from initial customer technical review through engineering calculations, detailed drafting, production support, and factory testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Panel Design & Layout: Design electrical panels including PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, control, and automation panels. Develop modular panel General Arrangement (GA) drawings, mounting plate layouts, busbar designs, and component placement diagrams.
- Schematics & Engineering Documentation: Prepare comprehensive engineering deliverables including Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs), schematic/control circuit diagrams, wiring & terminal diagrams, cable schedules, and PLC I/O lists.
- Component Selection & Sizing: Select and spec electrical components (MCCBs, MCBs, contactors, overload relays, VFDs, PLCs, SMPS, transformers, meters). Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and material specifications.




- Engineering Calculations: Perform precise design calculations for load/power requirements, cable sizing, breaker selection, short-circuit ratings, busbar sizing, voltage drop, and power factor correction.
- Standards & Specification Compliance: Review customer tender documents and specifications to ensure designs conform to client requirements and applicable IEC / IS standards.
- Cross-Functional & In office Support: Collaborate with production, procurement, testing, and commissioning teams. Troubleshoot technical issues during manufacturing and assist with FAT/SAT (Factory/Site Acceptance Testing) activities.
- Revision Control & Stakeholder Management: Manage drawing revisions, incorporate engineering change orders (ECOs), and serve as the technical point of contact for customer and vendor clarifications.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
