Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision

- Supervise daily construction activities, including excavation, PCC, RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers.

2. Quality Control

- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure correct dimensions, levels, alignment, and reinforcement placement.
- Monitor concrete pouring, curing, and other construction processes.
- Report any defects or deviations to the site engineer.

3. Manpower and Material Management

- Allocate daily work to labourers and subcontractors.
- Monitor labour productivity and attendance.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available when required.
- Avoid material wastage and maintain proper site storage.

4. Safety Management





- Ensure workers follow site safety rules and use appropriate PPE.
- Maintain housekeeping and secure working conditions.
- Report accidents, unsafe practices, and potential hazards.

5. Progress Monitoring and Reporting

- Monitor daily work progress against the project schedule.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour records, and material consumption records.
- Inform management about delays, technical issues, and resource requirements.
- Assist in measurements, quantity calculations, and billing verification.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
