Job Summary

NB Media Tech Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate professionally with prospective customers, explain our products and services, and generate business opportunities through calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, leads, and existing clients.
- Explain the company's products, services, and offerings clearly and professionally.
- Identify customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects to improve conversion rates.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call records, lead details, follow-up schedules, and customer feedback.
- Update customer information and call outcomes in the assigned CRM or tracking system.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development activities.
- Maintain skilled communication and positive customer relationships.

Educational Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th standard or any undergraduate degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior telecalling, customer support, telesales, or sales experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling telephone conversations.
- Ability to explain products and services clearly.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Good listening, follow-up, and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work toward individual and team targets.

Language Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada language skills will be an added advantage, depending on business requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
