- Assist senior chefs in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes.
- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes to the required standard.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow safety protocols.
- Assist in plating and garnishing dishes.
- Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Chinese kitchen.
- Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
