About the Role:

Innoture Digital Edge is looking for an experienced and passionate Databricks with Generative AI Trainer to conduct live online, practical, and industry-oriented training programs for students and working professionals.

The ideal candidate should be able to explain Databricks, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts from fundamentals to advanced levels, with hands-on exercises, real-world examples, cloud-based data solutions, and practical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct live online Databricks and Generative AI training sessions.
- Explain Databricks concepts from fundamentals to advanced topics.
- Teach Apache Spark, PySpark, SQL, and data processing.
- Provide hands-on training using Databricks notebooks and workspace.
- Teach data ingestion, transformation, processing, and analytics.
- Explain Delta Lake, Delta Tables, and Lakehouse architecture.
- Teach data engineering workflows and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Provide practical training on Databricks SQL and data analytics.
- Introduce Machine Learning workflows and model development on Databricks.
- Teach Generative AI concepts and their practical applications within the Databricks ecosystem.
- Provide hands-on training on Mosaic AI and LLM-based applications.
- Demonstrate embeddings, vector search, RAG, and AI application development.
- Guide students in building Generative AI, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning projects.




- Provide hands-on demonstrations, coding exercises, and real-world use cases.
- Explain model deployment, monitoring, governance, and security concepts.
- Resolve student doubts and provide technical guidance.
- Help students understand real-world Data Engineering, AI, and Generative AI applications.
- Support students with project implementation and interview preparation.
- Maintain an interactive and engaging online learning environment.

Requirements:

- Robust practical knowledge of Databricks and Apache Spark.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark and SQL.
- Good understanding of Data Engineering and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture.
- Experience working with Databricks notebooks, workflows, and data processing.
- Knowledge of Databricks SQL and analytics is preferred.
- Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and ML workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and AI application development is preferred.
- Experience with Mosaic AI or related Databricks AI capabilities is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Python and cloud platforms such as AWS,



Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and deployment concepts is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and working professionals.
- Prior online training or teaching experience is preferred.
- Industry experience in Databricks, Data Engineering, AI, or Generative AI is an added advantage.
