Job Description
We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and skilled Barman to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent service to guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to guest preferences.
- Take customer orders and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor bar stock and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and bar equipment.
- Handle billing and payments accurately.
- Follow hotel policies, hygiene standards, and applicable laws regarding alcohol service.
- Coordinate with the restaurant and hotel team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barman / Bartender is preferred.
- Knowledge of beverages and bar service.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed, punctual, responsible, and professional.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
