HRD, Homes & Rentals Direct is a UK accommodation company for construction and utilities firms. We are hiring our first Jaipur team of ten, starting with a paid training month in January 2027.

You will research UK rental properties, shortlist the right ones, deal with property hosts in written English, and package options clients can book the same day. Full training is given; no property experience needed.

Pay: Rs 20,000 to 22,000 for the January training month (commission from day one), then Rs 30,000 to 40,000 per month basic plus uncapped commission. Commission is 1% of the profit on every booking you package (split equally when two of you work on it), paid monthly.

Hours: office-based in Jaipur, UK hours (2:30 to 10:30 PM IST in winter, 1:30 to 9:30 PM in summer),



Monday to Friday. Free cab drop home after every shift.

What we look for: excellent written and spoken English, quick and careful online research, comfortable with daily targets. The training month is competitive and performance decides who stays.
