Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and role.

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Location: Pala, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage student and customer enquiries regarding courses, admissions, and training programmes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and prospective customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, support admissions, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Address customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with academic, admissions,



and marketing teams to improve service quality.
- Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.
- Support student satisfaction, retention, and branch performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in customer relations, customer service, sales, admissions, or educational counselling is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work towards targets and collaborate with different teams.
- Leadership and team management experience preferred for the managerial role.
