We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 3-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil engineering projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Verify contractor bills and maintain project documentation.
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment.





Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Understanding of construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential construction projects.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying and estimation.
- Familiarity with relevant IS codes and local building regulations.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
