Job Description – HR (Blue-Collar Recruiter)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for CNC/VMC operators, machine operators, helpers, technicians, welders, and other shop-floor positions.
- Source candidates through local references, consultants, walk-ins, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with the concerned departments and follow up with candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements.
- Focus on local manpower sourcing and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Coordinate candidate selection, salary discussions, and joining formalities.




- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they join on the committed date.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate records.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of industrial and shop-floor manpower hiring.
- Ability to source candidates through local networks and recruitment consultants.
- Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment documentation.
