The MIS Executive turns data from production, purchase, sales and dispatch into explicit reports that management uses every day. You will be the single point for accurate numbers on stock, orders, collections and plant output. You will need to proficient in Google Sheet, Excel, Scripts, Google Form and such relevant technical aspects. You should be able to design systems for the company to track it's processes such as :

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on production, sales, purchase, inventory, dispatch and collections.
- Track daily plant output, raw material consumption (logs, veneer, resin, chemicals) and wastage against targets.
- Maintain stock registers for raw material, WIP and finished goods; reconcile physical stock with Tally/ERP records.
- Build and update Excel dashboards for management with pivot tables, charts and KPIs.
- Track dealer-wise and region-wise sales, outstanding payments and ageing of receivables.
- Monitor dispatch: order status, truck loading,



e-way bills and delivery follow-up with transporters.
- Compile attendance and overtime data for contract and permanent workers and share with HR/payroll.
- Check data entered by stores, gate and dispatch staff for accuracy; flag mismatches and follow up.
- Support accounts with GST-related data, purchase vs. sales reconciliation and month-end closing.
- Automate repetitive reports using Excel formulas, macros or Google Sheets to cut manual work.
- Share timely reports with the owner/directors on email and WhatsApp in the agreed format.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
