- Manage site payroll, attendance, overtime, and wage processing.
- Handle labor laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, etc.).
- Manage contract labor documentation and contractor compliance.
- Coordinate with Labor Department and other government authorities for Liasoning , inspections, and licenses.
- Maintain statutory registers, compliance records, and HR reports.
- Handle site-level employee relations and HR operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR, Commerce, or a relevant field.
