Key Responsibilities

- Workforce Management: Assign daily tasks, set schedules, and supervise construction crews and subcontractors.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety rules, conduct site inspections, and handle emergency protocols.
- Quality & Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints to make sure work matches project specifications.
- Materials & Logistics: Track inventory, order building materials, and ensure equipment is ready.
- Reporting: Maintain attendance logs, document daily site progress, and update the manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, knowledge of building codes, and basic computer/IT literacy.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, problem-solving, and organization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
