Job Description

- Supervise day-to-day site execution of steel fabrication, installation, and erection works.
- Read and interpret structural/civil drawings and ensure erection is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate labour, fabricators, erectors, subcontractors, materials, tools, and equipment at site.
- Monitor site progress, measurements, workmanship and quality; report issues and delays to the Project Manager / Site In-Charge.
- Coordinate with client, consultant, and internal teams for site access, approvals, measurements and execution requirements.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, material records, progress updates, and other basic project documentation.
- Ensure secure working practices, proper housekeeping, site discipline, and compliance with company safety procedures.

Education / Qualification

- Diploma / Degree
- Working knowledge of drawing reading, dimensions, levels and basic site measurements.
- Practical understanding of steel fabrication, installation, and erection sequence.
- Ability to manage labour and coordinate multiple site activities simultaneously.




- Basic knowledge of civil infrastructure / construction site execution will be an advantage.

Experience

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in steel fabrication, installation, erection or site supervision.
- Candidates with exposure to steel fabrication / civil infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Coordination and good communication. Ready to work at project sites as per company / project requirements.

Remuneration / Annual Incentive

₹27,000–₹32,000 per month (indicative budget range).
- Annual bonus as applicable.
- Site accommodation provided as per company policy.
- Food allowance as per company policy.
- Salary may be offered suitably based on current salary, experience, skills and existing benefits.
