Vacancies and Monthly Salary

1. Chinese / Asian Chef — 1 Vacancy
Salary: ₹22,000–₹26,000 per month

- Prepare Chinese and Asian dishes, including noodles, fried rice, Schezwan items, Manchurian and chilli chicken.
- Maintain consistent taste, portion sizes and presentation.
- Manage kitchen preparation, service speed, hygiene and food wastage.
- Experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred.

2. Indian / Bengali Chef — 1 Vacancy
Salary: ₹22,000–₹26,000 per month

- Prepare Indian and Bengali dishes, including gravies, rice, dal, fish and meat preparations.
- Maintain authentic taste, consistent quality and portion control.
- Manage preparation, kitchen organisation, hygiene and food wastage.
- Experience with Bengali cuisine and high-volume restaurant service is preferred.

3. Kitchen Helper — 2 Vacancies
Salary: ₹13,000–₹16,000 per month, per person

- Assist chefs with vegetable cutting, ingredient preparation and kitchen work.
- Help with washing utensils, cleaning work areas and maintaining hygiene.
- Support kitchen operations during busy service hours.
- Follow instructions, work as part of a team and maintain discipline.

4. Delivery & Restaurant Operations Assistant — 1 Vacancy
Salary:



₹13,000–₹16,000 per month

- Deliver restaurant orders safely and on time.
- Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
- Purchase nearby vegetables, groceries and other kitchen requirements as instructed.
- Check quantities, prices and bills for purchases.
- Assist with order handling and other day-to-day restaurant operations.
- A valid driving licence and appropriate vehicle documents are required if using a motor vehicle for deliveries. Vehicle and fuel arrangements will be discussed during the interview.
