DDEW SOCIETY provides personalized matrimonial matchmaking services to individuals and families. We are looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Relationship Manager who can build strong customer relationships, close sales, and lead a small telecalling team.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through effective customer handling and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert prospective customers into paying members.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable matrimonial membership plans.
- Handle customer negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Manage and guide a team of two Telecallers.
- Monitor leads, sales conversions, and revenue performance.
- Coach team members on communication, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain sales reports and customer records.
