Job Description : We are looking for energetic Business Development Associates OR Business Development Executive (Sales) to help drive our sales and develop the business. You will pull in new customers and construct robust associations with them while keeping up existing relations.
Different responsibilities will include:

- Market research.
- Creating business plans and pitches.
- Dealing with various tasks.
- Recognizing new business opportunities.

You will work with different divisions and report to the Head of Business Development.

Business Development Associate Responsibilities :

- Willing to get familiar with the organization's vision and mission, trying to achieve objectives and goals.
- Directing market research and distinguishing potential customers.
- Developing strong relations with new customers while keeping up existing customer connections.
- Updating and managing customer data in the CRM information base.
- Working intimately with other staff across divisions to execute development procedures.
- Help with drafting strategies, attempts to sell something,



and different records as required.
- Capacity to deal with numerous ventures simultaneously and fulfil work deadlines.
- Distinguish new business opportunities and accomplices.

Business Development Associate Skills Required :

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Responsible for conducting market research, building relationships with clients, developing marketing strategies, doing best practices to increase business growth and sales.
- Problem-solving and strong project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills and can work in a team.
