ISTORE DIGITAL is a retail company specializing in Apple products, smartphones, accessories, and related services. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates to join our retail sales team.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and support daily store operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the Store Manager and gain practical experience in sales, team coordination, and retail management.

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and leadership skills may have the opportunity to progress to a Store Manager role based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales of Apple products, smartphones, accessories, and other store products.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

* Explain product features, EMI options, and available finance schemes.

* Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

* Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and team coordination.





* Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and customer feedback.

* Support promotional activities to increase store footfall and sales.

* Maintain excellent customer service and store presentation.

* Prepare daily sales updates and performance reports.

Requirements

* Any graduate; freshers are welcome to apply.

* Previous experience in retail sales, mobile sales, electronics, or customer service is an advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.

* Willingness to work towards sales targets.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

* Interest in Apple products and consumer electronics.

* Ability to work full-time at the assigned store location.
