Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Installation Supervisor to manage and supervise the installation of retail interior projects at client sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project timelines, and executing interior installation work as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise on-site installation of retail interiors, furniture, fixtures, display units, and wooden structures.
- Coordinate with the production team, project managers, contractors, and site workers for smooth execution.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, layout plans, and installation details.
- Ensure installation work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Monitor manpower allocation, material availability, and daily site activities.
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.
- Ensure proper handling, transportation,



and installation of furniture and interior materials.
- Identify site issues, resolve installation-related problems, and report major concerns to management.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update the project team on work status.
- Ensure compliance with site safety guidelines and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with clients and other contractors to ensure timely project handover.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure quality finishing of installed products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Interior Design, Civil, Furniture, or a related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in interior installation or retail interior site execution.
- Experience in retail stores, showrooms, commercial interiors, or furniture installation.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and installation layouts.
- Strong manpower management, site coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Salary : 28K - 40K (Based on Interview)
