- Customer acquisition and business development.
- Promote and market financial products, including Gold Loans.
- Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
- Handle customer enquiries and relationship management.
- Support EMI collection follow-ups and recovery activities.
- Assist in daily branch operations and maintain records.
- Achieve assigned business targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Any Degree.
- Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to undertake field activities.
