Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented sales professionals with experience in the steel industry, particularly in TMT bars, steel wires, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, expanding dealer and distributor networks, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the steel and wire industry.
- Promote and sell TMT bars, MS wires, GI wires, HB wires, binding wires, and other steel products.
- Identify and develop dealers, distributors, stockists, traders, contractors, builders, and industrial customers.
- Generate sales leads through market visits, references, networking, and competitor analysis.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, price negotiations, order processing, and payment follow-ups.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and understand market demand.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product availability, and market trends.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports, sales forecasts, and market development reports.
- Expand the company's market presence and strengthen its dealer and distributor network.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
