Role Summary: We are seeking an active and communicative team member to handle our offline marketing efforts. The primary focus of this role is field work, including the strategic distribution of notices, flyers, and promotional materials in targeted locations. You will be the face of our brand in the local community, interacting with the public, generating leads, and driving foot traffic to our DR ARAVINDS IVF PVT LTD.

Key Responsibilities:

- Notice & Material Distribution: Distribute printed notices, pamphlets, brochures, and flyers in designated high-footfall areas, residential neighborhoods, and relevant local businesses.
- Active Field Work: Conduct daily field visits to build local brand awareness and directly engage with potential clients or referring partners.
- Community Engagement: Set up and manage local promotional kiosks, community camps, or awareness drives.




- Lead Generation: Collect contact information from interested individuals during field work and guide them on how to reach our facility.
- Information Sharing: Clearly explain our services, current offers, and key perks to the public during face-to-face interactions.
- Reporting: Track daily distribution metrics, areas covered, and public feedback, and submit daily/weekly field reports to management.

Qualifications:

- Education: Any Degree (Graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply).
- Proven experience in field marketing, direct sales, promotional distribution, or outdoor advertising is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and face-to-face communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
