- Counsel patients regarding gynaecological consultations, investigations, treatments, and procedures as advised by doctors.
- Explain treatment packages, maternity services, and available hospital facilities.
- Follow up with patients and maintain counselling records and appointment databases.
- Coordinate with gynaecologists, nursing staff, reception, and the marketing team.
- Promote gynaecology and maternity services through digital platforms, including WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Coordinate digital campaigns, patient awareness activities, and promotional content.
- Generate patient leads through digital enquiries and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure qualified communication.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on counselling, patient enquiries, follow-ups, and digital marketing performance.




- Achieve assigned targets for patient engagement, appointments, and marketing activities.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare, nursing, or counselling background preferred.
- Experience in hospital counselling, preferably in Gynaecology or Maternity, is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital lead generation.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
