Key Responsibilities1. Advisor Recruitment & Network Expansion

Identify and onboard high-potential individuals (e.g., housewives, retired professionals, tax consultants, self-employed individuals, teachers) to become licensed insurance advisors/agents.

Guide candidate agents through statutory certification, mandatory training, and IRDAI licensing exams.

Team Activation & Productivity Management

Drive agent activation by ensuring newly onboarded agents close their first policies within specified timelines.

Accompany advisors on client meetings and pitch presentations to assist in closing high-value or complex deals.

Review agent performance regularly against monthly/quarterly targets and address bottlenecks.

3. Sales Target & Revenue Achievement

Consistently meet or exceed Individual and Team Gross Written Premium (GWP) and Annualized Premium Equivalent (APE) targets.

Maintain a balanced product mix (Term Plans, ULIPs, Endowment, Annuity) and maintain high policy renewal rates.

Desired Candidate profile :

Graduate candidate with 6 months of sales experience.

Age 24-42 Years.
