Job Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.

- Promote and sell residential plots, farmhouses, and commercial properties.

- Handle customer inquiries and explain property details, pricing, and payment plans.

- Arrange property site visits and follow up with prospective buyers.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

- Coordinate with the sales manager and marketing team.

- Maintain customer records and prepare daily sales reports. Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Interest in real estate sales and marketing.

- Basic computer and customer

-handling skills.

- Ability to work toward sales targets.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Job Location:Delhi / South Delhi
