Job Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive who can handle incoming enquiries, convert leads into paying clients, and generate new business opportunities for the agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries and understand clients' business requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into sales.
- Explain our digital marketing services and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations in coordination with the team.
- Generate current leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals and networking.
- Handle client objections related to pricing, services and deliverables.
- Maintain a proper lead tracker and update sales activities regularly.




- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure a smooth client handover.
- Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency, IT services or website development company.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and explain services confidently.
- Experience in lead management, proposal follow-ups and client acquisition.
- Comfortable with outbound sales and generating new business.
- Self-motivated, organised and focused on achieving targets.
