- 8–15 years of experience in IT operations, ERP project delivery, or software services management.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and ERP implementation processes.

1. Business Operations Management

- Manage daily company operations and ensure smooth execution across departments.
- Establish operational processes, SOPs, reporting structures, and performance monitoring systems.
- Coordinate with management on business priorities, resource planning, and operational improvements.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.

2. Project Delivery & Management

- Oversee multiple ERP implementation, software development, and support projects.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, resource utilization, and client commitments.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, functional consultants, and support teams.
- Ensure timely project delivery within approved budgets and scope.
- Manage project escalations, risks, and change requests.

3. Team Management & Performance

- Lead and monitor technical, functional, and support teams.
- Define responsibilities, performance targets, and accountability.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and monitor individual productivity.




- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Improve team efficiency and resource utilization.

4. Client Relationship Management

- Act as a key point of contact for operational and project-related client escalations.
- Ensure timely communication regarding project progress, challenges, and deliverables.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Support management during significant client meetings and project reviews.

5. Financial & Commercial Operations

- Monitor project profitability, operational expenses, and resource costs.
- Track project milestones, timesheets, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure proper documentation of change requests and additional work.
- Coordinate with management on budgets and operational cost optimization.

6. Process Improvement & Reporting

- Implement project tracking, task management, and performance reporting systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Monitor project health, pending tasks, team productivity, and client issues.
- Introduce automation and AI-based tools to improve operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
