We’re looking for a sales professional who has sold to local business owners and built solid relationships in Delhi NCR.
You’ll identify prospects, connect with owners, book qualified demos and help convert them into paying customers. You’ll work directly with the founder to build Flypper’s sales pipeline.
What you’ll do
- Prospect through calls, WhatsApp, referrals and local business visits.
- Use your professional network to secure introductions to relevant business owners.
- Understand how businesses currently attract customers and manage enquiries.
- Explain Flypper’s offering and arrange product demos with the founder.
- Follow up consistently and support sales closure and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate prospect details, conversations and next steps in the CRM.
- Share customer feedback to improve our pitch and product.
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of B2B sales, field sales, inside sales or account management experience.
- Experience selling directly to SMB owners in Delhi NCR.
- Existing relationships with owners of clinics, salons or fitness centres.
- Confidence communicating in Hindi/Hinglish and English.
- Comfort with cold calling,
face-to-face meetings and regular follow-ups.
- A track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup.
Preferred backgrounds
Experience at Justdial, Practo, Magicpin, Sulekha, salon/gym software companies, or local SEO and digital marketing agencies is particularly relevant.
Candidates from other companies are welcome if they have strong relationships with our target customers.
