- Develop strong relationships with clients - understanding their needs and what Switchboard can do to help them!
- Ensure that we reach out and communicate with potential prospects in a professional and prompt manner.
- Making sure potential clients know what Switchboard offers, and how our features streamline operations for them.
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with the following: Slack, VoIP, Hubspot
- Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills and ability to take initiative with different approaches
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Adaptable to changes and enjoys learning in a fast-paced workplace
- Long term interest in developing a career in Business Development/Sales
