About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive Sales Executive who can handle lead generation, client communication, and deal closure for our services in event design, animation, and wedding collaterals.
This role is not just about calling—it requires ownership, follow-ups, and a conversion mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through:
- Instagram / WhatsApp / LinkedIn
- References & direct outreach
- Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into clients
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and share solutions
- Coordinate with design/production team for quotations and timelines
- Follow up consistently until deal closure
- Maintain client data, leads, and conversation records
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to the execution team
- Upsell services (design + print + animation packages)
What We Expect
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confidence in talking to clients and handling objections
- Strong follow-up mindset (no missed leads)
- Basic understanding of sales process
- Interest in creative/design/event industry
