Job Description
We are hiring Customer Engagement Executives to support users of our digital social networking platform through voice calls and text chat.
The role involves communicating professionally with users, responding to their queries and messages, and helping provide a positive user experience. Candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable using computers and smartphones.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with platform users through voice calls and text chat.
- Respond to user questions and messages according to company guidelines.
- Maintain professional, respectful and engaging conversations.
- Follow established communication, privacy and service-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work where required.
- Attend assigned shifts and meet reasonable performance expectations.
Candidate Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
