No Bad Science (NoBS) is a Bengaluru clean-label supplement brand built on one rule: if we can't verify it, we won't sell it. Every batch is independently tested, every result published, every ingredient disclosed. We've just launched, and we're building our audience from day one.

The role

You'll own all our social content end to end. We're Instagram-first, and growing that handle is the job that matters most. You'll also run X and Facebook, and work with our social media agency and our Reddit & Quora agency. Ideas every week, not every quarter. Plenty of behind-the-scenes. Reading the numbers every Monday to decide what we make next. And being on camera, because our audience trusts faces, not logos.

What you will do

- Own all social content end to end: Instagram first, plus X and Facebook
- Grow the Instagram handle as the primary channel: following, reach and engagement
- Pitch new content ideas every week: series, trends, formats, collaborations
- Build in-house content, including a steady stream of behind-the-scenes and company updates
- Work with our social media agency and our Reddit & Quora agency: brief them, review their output, keep everything on-brand
- Coordinate shoots with the freelance videographer, creators,



our scientific advisors and founders
- Appear on camera in reels, stories and lives
- Write captions, hooks and scripts in the brand voice: short, evidence-led, no hype
- Run influencer and creator collaborations end to end
- Track reach, engagement rate, saves, shares, follower growth and profile-to-site clicks across channels
- Send a weekly channel report: what worked, what didn't, and next week's changes
- Manage community replies and DMs with the customer experience team

What you need

- 3–5 years managing brand social media across Instagram and at least one other platform, with at least 1 year owning an Instagram account
- A portfolio showing account growth, with numbers
- Comfort presenting on camera
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Instagram Insights
- Strong written English; Kannada or Hindi a plus
- Genuine interest in health, nutrition or fitness

Nice to have

- D2C, wellness, food or beauty brand experience; experience working with social or community agencies
- Has run a brand's social media end to end: strategy, content, posting, community and reporting
- Startup experience: comfortable with pace, ambiguity and doing whatever the day needs

Joining within 15 days preferred.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
