What you’ll do:
→ End-to-end hiring for marketing, creative and IT roles
→ Source great talent through LinkedIn, job portals and referrals
→ Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews
→ Build talent pipelines before the roles even open
→ Keep candidates informed and engaged, with no ghosting from our side
→ Support onboarding and join the HR team on engagement activities
What we’re looking for:
→ 1-3 years of recruitment experience (agency or IT hiring is a plus)
→ Good understanding of marketing and tech roles
→ Strong communication and follow-up skills
→ Someone who can close positions, not just collect CVs
→ Organised, quick and people-friendly
