We work across residential and commercial real estate, focusing on property discovery, client requirements, property matching, property onboarding, and end-to-end coordination.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Brand Manager to handle commercial property requirements from brands and businesses. The role involves understanding business requirements, identifying suitable commercial properties, coordinating with property owners and clients, and managing the process from requirement gathering to property closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand commercial property requirements from brands and businesses.
- Collect details such as location, property size, budget, frontage, parking, accessibility, and other requirements.
- Identify suitable commercial properties based on brand requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners, brands, clients, and internal teams.
- Share suitable property options and relevant details with clients.
- Arrange and coordinate property visits when required.
- Follow up with brands, property owners, and other stakeholders.
- Support commercial property negotiations and discussions.




- Coordinate the property onboarding and documentation process.
- Maintain updated records of commercial properties, clients, and requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with brands and property owners.
- Handle multiple commercial property requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support the team in closing commercial property requirements.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in real estate, business development, sales, client coordination, or a related field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of the Bengaluru commercial real estate market.
- Ability to understand business and brand requirements.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify suitable commercial properties.
- Comfortable communicating with brands, property owners, and business clients.
- Candidates with commercial real estate experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in commercial real estate may also be considered.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and relevant real estate knowledge.

Performance-based incentives will be provided as per company policy.
