We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant Cum Cashier to manage daily accounting operations and store billing for our luxury couture fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
- Prepare GST invoices and ensure statutory compliance (GST/TDS)
- Manage high-value billing transactions (cash/card/UPI/bank transfer)
- Ensure accurate invoicing for couture orders and custom fittings
- Maintain daily cash book and reconcile with system records
- Handle client advance bookings and balance collections
- Coordinate with sales team for order payments and delivery clearance
- Deposit cash/cheques and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure confidentiality in handling premium client financial data
- Assist in monthly financial reports and audit support
- Track advance payments from couture clients and milestone billing




- Maintain confidentiality while handling financial data of premium clients.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and cash handling procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

- B.Com or relevant qualification
- Experience in luxury fashion / textile / store / boutique industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- High accuracy, integrity & organizational skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
