Job Description:

Arema Technologies is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good numerical skills, and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily financial records and accounting entries.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain records of company expenses, income, and transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and verify financial transactions.
- Maintain records of payments, outstanding balances, and petty cash.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and basic tax compliance.




- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.
- Coordinate with the management team regarding accounting matters.

Skills & Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is an advantage.
- Positive numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or a relevant qualification is preferred.
