We are looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced Admission Manager cum Academic Coordinator to manage the school's admission process and coordinate academic activities. The candidate should have valuable communication, leadership, and management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete admission process, from enquiry to enrollment.
- Handle admission enquiries and follow up with parents.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school management.
- Plan and coordinate academic activities and school schedules.
- Monitor curriculum implementation and academic progress.
- Maintain admission records, student data, and academic documentation.
- Support teachers in academic planning and classroom coordination.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and academic events.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the admission and academic departments.
- Work towards achieving admission targets and improving parent satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Good knowledge of school admission procedures and academic coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
- Ability to handle parents' queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Honest, hardworking, and responsible.
- Previous experience in school administration, admissions, or academic coordination will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
