About the role: We are looking for a Social Media Intern to support MIJA's organic social media and day-to-day content execution. The ideal candidate should understand Instagram, Reels, short-form content, and current trends, with a good sense of what makes content feel current, premium, and engaging.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

- Support the planning and execution of Instagram content, including Reels, Stories, carousels, product posts, launches, and campaign content.
- Help maintain the content calendar, coordinate assets and approvals, and ensure content goes live on time.
- Track relevant trends, formats, hooks, audio, and content ideas, and adapt them for MIJA's jewellery audience and brand personality.
- Assist with content shoots, creator and UGC coordination, and day-to-day content production.
- Write or assist with captions, story copy, briefs, and straightforward social media copy.
- Review post and Reel performance and help identify what is working and what the team should test next.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and current social media content formats.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and an interest in fashion,



jewellery, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Good written communication and the ability to write clear, natural social media copy.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple content requirements and deadlines.
- Basic Canva skills are useful. Basic video editing on CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Prior social media or content work is preferred. College projects, personal pages, freelance work, and internships are all relevant examples to share.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

Stipend

Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month, depending on skill and portfolio

Duration

3 months, extendable to 6 months based on performance and review
